The city and two major developers broke ground Thursday on a 675,000-square-foot commercial office building in the Brooklyn Navy Yard that will be anchored by WeWork. The building is being developed by Rudin Development and Boston Properties in the city-owned industrial park that is designed to promote economic growth in the five boroughs.
