A new shuttle service will link the Brooklyn Navy Yard to 13 subway lines and the Long Island Rail Road. The new service, which will be free to Navy Yard tenants, staff and guests, will roll out in phases beginning with two shuttle loops this spring — the DUMBO loop and the Clinton-Washington loop.
