With its striking design and location, Dock 72 at the Brooklyn Navy Yard is set to redefine the possibilities for tech office space in NYC. A recent groundbreaking ceremony for the 16-story waterfront property was attended by such VIPs as John Powers, Bill Rudin, David Ehrenberg, Alicia Glen, Hank Gutman and Adam Neuman. Designed with collaboration between tenants in mind,Dock 72 will “bring ideas, innovators, and startups to the yard,” de Blasio said. All Dock 72 employers will be required to pay a living wage via an innovative arrangement, the first of its kind among new Brooklyn developments.
