Rudin Development and Boston Properties Inc. are teaming up to develop 675,000 square feet at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Geared toward the technology, advertising and media sectors as well as millennials, the 16-story structure was designed in collaboration with WeWork Companies Inc., a provider of shared office space that is planning to take 222,000 square feet.
